The education to become a Teacher within Vocational Colleges is held by the Vocational College Association (YHF) for a total of seven days, over 2-4 months. Staff from the Agency for Vocational Collages (MYH) also participate in some of the training.

The Vocational College Association also offers membership. Members receive an active network, the opportunity to influence, and an invitation to the YH-Forum twice a year.
